What is TransTape and how is it different from traditional binders?
TransTape is a body-safe, waterproof adhesive tape designed for chest binding, packing, and contouring. Unlike traditional elastic binders, it does not compress the ribcage or lungs, allowing for full mobility and easier breathing.
How long can I safely wear the tape?
You can safely wear TransTape for 3 to 5 consecutive days. It is designed to withstand showering, swimming, and intense physical activity, but we recommend giving your skin a break between applications.
Is the adhesive safe for sensitive skin?
Our tape is made with a medical-grade acrylic adhesive that is latex-free and hypoallergenic. However, we always recommend performing a 24-hour patch test on a small area of skin before your first full application.
How do I safely remove the tape without irritation?
Never pull the tape off dry. To remove it safely, saturate the tape thoroughly with oil (such as our removal oil or coconut oil) to break down the adhesive, wait 10 minutes, and gently peel it away in the shower.
What is your shipping and discreet packaging policy?
We ship worldwide in plain, unmarked mailers or boxes to ensure your privacy. The sender name on the package will appear as 'TT Services' or a generic name rather than our full brand name.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the packaging has been opened. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 14 days.
